Introduction

This Privacy Policy is made in compliance with Article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, European Regulation on personal data protection), Recommendation no. 2/2001 Working Group ex art. 29.

The processing of personal data carried out through www.isasi.cnr.it relates exclusively to personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the institute, or in any case connected to the exercise of the tasks of public interest and the exercise of public powers which is called, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical, teaching and administrative purposes, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, lett. e) and, in particular, in order to provide and improve the web services offered.

Data retention

Personal data are processed in a lawful, correct, relevant manner, limited to what is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, only for the necessary time to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case in accordance with the principles of EU Regulation 2016/679 art. 5.

Personal data are processed exclusively by persons authorized to process and properly trained, as well as through data processors linked to the owner by a specific contract. The processed personal data will not be disseminated.

To prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, specific security measures are implemented.

Personal data are not transferred to third country within or outside the European Union, including private clouds and/or public clouds provided by third party suppliers or international organizations.

Interested parties have the right to ask the data controller to access, modify, delete, limit the processing of personal data or to oppose the processing in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, art. 15 and subsequent amendments.

The site www.isasi.cnr.it uses cookies, small text files that allows to store information on visitor preferences, to improve the functionality of the website, to simplify navigation by automating the procedures and to analyze the use of the site.
