Mi Illudo d’Immenso at Physics Museum UNINA

Mi Illudo d’Immenso was exhibited from 4 March to 9 May at the Physics Museum of the Federico II University of Naples, located in Via Mezzocannone 8, in the monumental building of the Federico II University. The 22 panels have been integrated into Room II, where reside the royal collection.

The inauguration was held on 4 March with the participation of Pierluigi Cappelletti (Director of the Federico II Museum Center), Ivo Rendina (ISASI Director), Simona de Luca and Antigone Marino as curators of the exhibition.

Around 3000-3500 people visited the exhibition in just two months. A success also due to Dr. Rosanna del Monte, Technical Director of the Museum. Dr del Monte did her utmost to make the event possible using special openings and the Museum’s contacts network with schools to contribute to its success.

In ISASI’s mission scientific communication is one of the primary ingredients, and the Museum of Physics is one of the entities with which the Institute hopes to collaborate for years to come, also thanks to the professionalism and helpfulness of its staff.
